"Follow me?" Will asked, and one yellow ray of sunlight punctured the fog, illuminating the tufts of Will's mud-spattered hair like a halo. It was fitting. If the rest of the town thought Will was the devil, he'd always been an angel to Mike.
And for the life of him, Mike couldn’t remember what it was he’d been so worried about just a second ago.
"Yeah," he answered, treading behind Will, headed for the woods. "Always."
It's the summer of 1987, the town is under lockdown, the people are panicking and praying, and they've pinpointed Will as the one to blame for it all. In fact, nearly everyone seems a little afraid of Will these days, except for Mike.

Hanbin liked the idea of them being so in sync, so attuned to each other, that it felt like they were the same person sometimes. To anyone else, hearing that you and your boyfriend looked like twins would be creepy - who in their sane mind would enjoy that?
To him, though, it was a joy. He loved it when people saw their interactions or took one look at their faces and bodies and asked if they were twins - that only proved that everyone around them could also see how well they fitted together, and how they were perfect for each other. There was no denying it, and Hanbin felt a sense of happiness flowing through his body at the thought of being so deeply connected to him that people would assume they were the same, exactly as he felt on the inside.
