Episode 9: Retinax
Eyes that bore witness to the Master’s defeat
The complete shame of a hundred Org deaths
A bodyguard, circling the Earth tiredly, with nobody to guard
Retinax: Leader and leaderless wandering eyes
Roaming, to see
The return of honour
Bring on redemption
With his own eyes
Not a lack of respect for elders
The Master his eyes had not forgotten
The great wait over
But oh no, it’s not him!
But an unknown walking corpse
Giving him the old heave-ho!
Precious unfair look
Watch what you’re doing
Who are you?
Sight is the first sense to go
