When Scott wakes up, it's not in his base. Trapped within an ornate coffin, he finds himself in a world far more violent- well, perhaps not violent, but certainly more cruel than the 'game' world that was WildLife. Soon, he will realise he is not the only waking up far from home.

Impulse is used to the loud bantering of his teammates, but this seemed extreme. If only he were more observant, he may have noticed the fangs protruding from the lips of his- or, what used to be, his teammates. Abolish never wanted to come to Oakhurst, he wanted something bigger than a simple recon mission as his first, so what he stopped for a night in another town to stay with a cute guy, so imagine his shock when he finds the tomb of Scott Goldsmith open and empty.
Can these two put apart their differences to find a way out of Oakhurst, can Scott learn to let people into his heart again and can Abolish learn to let some of the real him out?

Owen fully intented to die in Oakhurst, his fate sealed the moment the cure was thrown upon him. His 'covenmates' seemed to have different ideas, and were quite privy to the idea of atonement.
He knew their games though. The brunette saw the darkest in their hearts and he may have been ignorant to most vampiric knowledge, but he knew how possessive a coven could be of each other.
So now here he was trapped inside a New York penthouse, 200 years after the Second Fall of Oakhurst. Let to rot. Forced to bond with the very people he despised.

Owen survives the events of Oakhurst and is now forced into a house arrest and It's safe to say he is not happy with the arrangements. Meanwhile the others are just trying to be supportive and bond with Owen, while doing it in a very co-dependant, overprotective way.

"At least that's something we can agree on." Legundo picked up the pace, setting down chess pieces as fast as he could. As always, Scott matched him stride for stride. "So what do you propose we do?" He asked, because he knew Scott already had a plan.
"This is what I'm thinking." Scott pushed his queen out into the board, a way to tease him. "If the humans can turn beacons holy, then the only thing we need to do to deter them is to make them unholy." He smiled with all of his fangs as Legundo focused on the game. For every one chess piece he could capture, Scott would move his own pieces into perfect traps. Sometimes Legs could evade them, sometimes he could not.

Things are good for a time, until they’re not. Paranoia descends as a murder is discovered, Avid’s mental health already in a steady decline, plummets. Vampires circle, houses are barred. Invitations revoked. His wound festers, will they make it out alive? Or will the ill fated townspeople once again succumb to the curse.
