Summary
Hero of the Gate, they called him — a weary title indeed. Hero. Chosen. Names that cost far more than they bestowed.
After surrendering the orb to Mystra, Gale Dekarios has rebuilt his life as a professor of the Weave at Blackstaff Tower — wiser, steadier, and determined to be content. But the legacy of Karsus is not yet through with him…When Red Wizards steal the last of the Karsus Regalia from the ruins of Myth Drannor and Thultanthar, smuggling it toward Skullport, they do not realize a legendary Warden, hero of three cities, is already on their trail.
The Warden sooner trust a dragon than a wizard, especially one whose ambition rivaled Karsus’s. But as they descend into Waterdeep’s shadows, chasing Netherese magic, they begin to see past each other’s armor.
She understands the weight of ruin.
He understands the cost of power.Together, they may be the only ones who can stop the Weave from tearing again.
A slow‑burn romance between two weary heroes who never meant to fall in love — and who may finally have found someone who understands what it means to carry a title that has taken everything.
Doomity-doom-doom, da-da-doom, da-doom!

Summary
A Waterdhavian winter is no cozy tale - at least not for Ithildinn, whose patience is tested by the biting cold. Gale may wax poetic about Waterdeep's blustery, seasonal charm, but his aasimar is ready to melt the entire harbor just to feel her toes again.
Luckily, he has a surprise up his sleeve...
This is scene writing for Post-Game, but it will be a part of my main story: Weave Your Heart with Mine, currently in Act I.

Summary
What if the fate of magic itself rested in the hands of a prodigy born from a fallen empire and a celestial warrior from outside the cosmic wheel?
Gale Dekarios, a wizard shaped by ambition and divine manipulation, and Ithildinn, a Boros Angel, a paragon of justice and duty, are unknowingly bound by Mystra’s desperate gamble. Under the threat of the Dead Three, old powers stir, and multiversal threads collide; loyalty, love, and legacy will determine whether the Weave - nay, the planes themselves are saved or shattered forever.

"I would do the same for any of you. I hope you know it was not my intention to guilt you; we are not defined by our kind," then more softly added, "nor our mistakes."
He let out a soft, heavy exhale at that. "Oh, I think it depends on the mistake."
"Try me." She said quietly.

Summary
Fresh off a too-close-for-comfort victory at Baldur’s Gate, (and the equally humbling loss of most of his god-tier power), Gale Dekarios finds himself returned to something far more dangerous than divinity: himself. With ambition responsibly downsized and hubris placed on a strict diet, he determines there are only three things he truly requires in order to restore balance to his life.
Rebuild his tower. See his mother. And...Romance you, the actual love of his life.
The first two are straightforward.
The third is complicated by two minor issues: you are impressively oblivious, and you are absolutely determined not to fall for him again. Undeterred, Gale resolves to approach the situation with patience, sincerity, and perhaps breakfast. After all, he has survived gods, Netherese artifacts, and his own poor decision-making.
Surely he can survive courting you.
Probably.

Summary
Born beneath whispers and raised on suspicion, The Dark Urge learned early that love is often optional in a cruel world—and that survival, more often than not, demands something sharper than wit.
Long before she was ever named the Savior of Baldur’s Gate, she was a cursed child: feared by those around her, rejected by the one meant to protect her, and stalked by a hunger she could neither name nor master.
In the years that followed, The Dark Urge became many things—some chosen, some forced upon her: prodigy, exile, weapon, thief, lover, hero. She walked the fragile line between salvation and ruin, fought battles both divine and personal.
And beneath it all, constant and unyielding, was the truth of her making.Series

Summary
Gale Dekarios: The Wizard of Waterdeep. Forever set in stone.
Tall. Brave. Regal.
Liar.
He was haunting her from every corner of this city. She just wanted to forget him, forget his broken promise. But it was as though trying to forget him had only given Baldur’s Gate permission to steal the only thing she had left of him: her memories.
Soon, there would be nothing left of him that belonged only to her.
Not his name. Not his face. Not even the story of his death.
OR
She had been Gale Dekarios’s wife for less than twelve hours.
And now? She would be his widow for the rest of her life.

Summary
Gale is a psychology professor who has built a career around understanding the mind while quietly enduring a marriage that has narrowed his life to obligation and careful silence. Still married and caught in an emotionally abusive relationship, he moves through his days on principle alone, convinced that leaving would make him selfish, weak, or worse. Not only that, but Mystra owns him; he knows that leaving means his career and reputation.
One evening, he escapes to the pub with friends and ends up in an unguarded conversation with the bartender. Sameera is observant and easy to talk to, with a curiosity that runs deeper than small talk. What passes between them is ordinary enough to feel harmless at first.
As they continue to cross paths, that ease becomes harder to ignore. So does the fear of repeating the past.
