Summary
Based on Kleric’s video; “10 ways Link can make it up to that divine beast on his own”, We follow Link in his endeavours to prove to Revali how far spite can really take a man.
“Maybe we should just settle this one on one—But where…? Oh, I know...! How about up there?!”
Revali pointed his wing towards the ship parading the skies. Vah Medoh gleams in the distance. He spat at him with malice.
“Oh, you must pardon me—I forgot you have no way of making it up to that Divine Beast on your own!”
Whatever Revali said after fell onto deaf ears. That Pompous Rito needed to learn what flightless really meant, if he truly wanted a battle in the skies, Link would give him just that. There was a reason he was considered Hylia's chosen.
It was not his merit within combat that gifted him the title of hero but his fearless, albeit reckless, courage, and unfortunately, Link did not understand what limits were. His courageous spirit that possessed him had travelled through time, traversed the dark dimensions between, and defeated the demon known to all as Ganon however many times as needed.
How bad could a little flight up an oversized mechanical Cucco be?

He hadn’t seen Carlo for about a month. He wasn’t attending lessons, training sessions. Romeo wasn’t allowed to enter his father's home. He was hospitalised, he says now. Spent a couple weeks in nauseatingly sterile rooms, barely conscious on pain killers, his arm gone. Not giving signs of life. He is here now; Romeo reminds himself. Changed, tired, holding a hand of a child Romeo never saw in his life. He says it's his brother. One he either forgot to mention or was too painful to acknowledge. Weak blood, had to send the kid away to hopefully gain some strength. Romeo believes that. Maybe he shouldn’t, blinded like so many. Too focused on the flowers to see the thorns. Maybe the scent is buried too deep, maybe the thorns already infect his bones. He doesn’t mind anyway

Having his own brilliant plans in mind, P is left with a freedom he never asked for. While Carlo defies the wishes of their father to bring a new tomorrow to Krat. Both of them reached for the ‘Happily Ever After’ they could never be promised.
What follows when the masterminds are dead? When the children are left with the aftermath of a destroyed home, how do they pick up the pieces again? How do they move forward? P wishes he held the answers, and Carlo pretends to know everything.

After the events of the DLC, P should have returned to his timeline, but something went wrong. Now he's stranded in the past alongside Lea and Romeo, unable to understand why the blue lights didn't take him back. Romeo awakens and reacts strangely upon seeing him, as if he recognized something familiar in his face. While P tries to adapt to this new reality, he must confront the mysteries of his situation and the complicated emotions his presence awakens in those around him.

P was given clear instructions. Destroy the flame puppet in Venigni's factory that was mass creating puppets, clear the Cathedral, the Malum District, and finally, the King of Puppets to put an end to the frenzy. He had only been conscious for a few days, but when he enters the Opera House to accomplish his last task, things change.
For the first time, the target his father assigned him does not try to kill him.
Instead he's held hostage.
Despite his escape attempts, Romeo manages to convince him to work together to stop the alchemists through a temporary alliance, and agrees to let him go once their common enemy is taken out of the picture. Through this alliance, P learns more about himself, Romeo, and his father than he ever thought possible.
And by the end of it all, two best friends reunited in a second chance at life make good on their promise to become the best Stalkers in Krat.

P blinks, perhaps surprised at Romeo’s coherency, or vitriol, or both. “I was able to preserve your Ergo. It was easy enough to construct that body after my own schematics."
Slowly, Romeo forces air into his chest, a humming buzz the only sensation beneath his fingertips. “And what does that make me now?”
The smile P gives is odd, as though he’s both unfamiliar with the practice of it and the emotion behind it all at once. “Like me, I think.”
Or, Romeo is revived in a puppet body similar to P's, just in time to meet a familiar face from Venigni's past that threatens both his quickly forming bond with P and all of Krat's new, fragile peace.

The light of the cricket’s lantern blinked a warning sign.
“No, no, pal,” he started to whisper, and Claudia couldn’t help but roll her eyes. “You’re not thinking straight. We can’t take them to the hotel…!”
One side of the puppet’s face twitched.
Or: instead of continuing into Malum District without them, P invites the Red Fox and the Black Cat to join the others at Hotel Krat – without Gemini's approval, but that's beyond saying.

But as unwanted memories start sifting in and P-Organ grapples with his newfound humanity, he can't help but think of the King of Puppets he defeated months prior.
After returning to the opera house, where the battle had transpired, something snaps into place, something P-Organ cannot recognize. All he knows is that he must revive Romeo.
And he will stop at nothing to do so.

Summary
The last thing Lea saw when she closed her eyes in the Rose Garden was the corpse of the gray-haired stranger. The last thing she felt was grief. She and her mysterious companion had failed, and Romeo would pay the price just as Carlo had before. She had been living a nightmare which had finally come to its bloody, bitter end.
It must have been a nightmare. Why else would she have woken up?
Meanwhile, P awoke to a Krat even more foreign to him than the one he'd seen in Lea's time. This bright, thriving city had yet to experience the worst of its troubles. And with the Carlo of this time still alive and well, P realized he could keep it that way. Alone, it would be a difficult fight. Luckily, someone who had lived those same nightmares was just as determined to keep them from ever coming to pass.
